EXPERIENCED CABINET MAKERS WANTED – $40–$42/hr Full-Time

Location: Toowoomba | Factory-Based | Immediate Start

Weston Kitchens isn’t your average joinery workshop — we don’t do flatpacks, and we’re not looking for box bashers.

We build dream kitchens — not just cabinets.
If you’re a highly skilled cabinetmaker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

What We Do:

• Solid timber builds

• Curved and radius joinery

• Intricate, high-end custom fitouts

• Bespoke cabinetry and one-off designs

This is not a basic production line role. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, passionate team delivering premium work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in custom cabinetry & detailed joinery

• Ability to read plans and build from scratch

• Someone who takes pride in perfect finishes

• Team player with high standards

• No apprentices or juniors – this is a senior role

What’s On Offer:

• $40–$42/hr (full-time wages)

• Monday to Thursday — enjoy long weekends every week

• Overtime available to those who want extra $$$
