Boss Aluminium is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our growing production team. We manufacture premium aluminium accessories for the automotive industry and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, innovation, and workmanship.

About the Role

As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of aluminium components and assemblies used in our range of vehicle accessories. Working from technical drawings and production schedules, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG & TIG welding of aluminium components and assemblies.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.

• Work collaboratively with production team members to meet deadlines and production targets.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Fabrication, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in aluminium welding and fabrication.

• Strong MIG & TIG welding skills.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering or workshop drawings.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
