The Company

As a result of continuous national growth, LAI Group is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Officer to join our team at our head office/manufacturing plant in Epping. We would like team members who are excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.

Schedule

Full-time

A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime)

 Salary/Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration)

The Position

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-presented workplace environment across the office, workshop, and outdoor areas. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the business through general maintenance, cleaning, property upkeep, and coordination of essential facility services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spot cleaning of toilets/kitchens offices

  • Moving desks, computers and office spaces

  • Changing of lights

  • Cleaning of workshop

  • Patching and painting holes in walls

  • General upkeep of gardens and company property

  • Scheduling of maintenance of coffee machines, water dispensers

  • Upkeep of stock levels of bathroom items; toilet paper, hand towel and soap

The Candidate

  • Experience With General Hand Tools

  • Capable of performing minor repairs, painting, patching, and basic maintenance

  • Competent in using hand and power tools for routine maintenance

  • Physically fit

  • Drivers Licence
