As a result of continuous national growth, LAI Group is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Officer to join our team at our head office/manufacturing plant in Epping. We would like team members who are excited about the opportunity to build a stable, rewarding, and lucrative career with us.
Schedule
Full-time
A 38-hour week (Monday – Friday + reasonable overtime)
Salary/Wage (Negotiable - Experience, knowledge, and ability will be taken into consideration)
The Position
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-presented workplace environment across the office, workshop, and outdoor areas. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the business through general maintenance, cleaning, property upkeep, and coordination of essential facility services.
Key Responsibilities
Spot cleaning of toilets/kitchens offices
Moving desks, computers and office spaces
Changing of lights
Cleaning of workshop
Patching and painting holes in walls
General upkeep of gardens and company property
Scheduling of maintenance of coffee machines, water dispensers
Upkeep of stock levels of bathroom items; toilet paper, hand towel and soap
The Candidate
Experience With General Hand Tools
Capable of performing minor repairs, painting, patching, and basic maintenance
Competent in using hand and power tools for routine maintenance
Physically fit
Drivers Licence
