Warehouse Manager Lubrication Technician Trainee

Lube Control is a growing industrial lubrication company specialising in the import, export, storage, distribution, and application of premium industrial lubrication products across a range of industries including manufacturing, mining, transport, hydraulics, and heavy equipment.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Manager to join our small team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical or trade background who is looking to expand their skills and potentially a long-term career in the specialised field of industrial lubrication management and contract lubrication services.

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring efficient inventory control, product handling, dispatch, and customer service. As your knowledge develops, you will also have the opportunity to work alongside our technical team on client sites, providing lubrication services and technical support.

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical, mechanically minded, and eager to learn.

Preferred Experience

• Trade background such as:

  • Fitter & Turner

  • Mechanical Fitter

  • Hydraulic Technician

  • Automotive Technician / Mechanic

  • Diesel Mechanic

  • Maintenance Technician

  • Similar mechanical trade experience

• Previous warehouse or stores management experience

• Experience with industrial equipment, hydraulics, pumps, gearboxes, or rotating machinery

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

• Strong computer and inventory management skills

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Current driver's licence
