Air Conditioning Service Technician

Together with our service division, Mr Goodair, we work hand in hand with HVAC&R suppliers, consultants, contractors, dealers and end users to ensure we can provide the best possible products and service.

Due to further expansion, we are currently seeking the services of a fully qualified air conditioning technician to join our team for the service, maintenance, warranty and commissioning of our broad range of HVAC&R equipment.

This is a diverse role which provides both residential and commercial opportunities in air conditioning and refrigeration to deliver repairs, maintenance and product support in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the preventative and scheduled maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.

• Diagnose malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the machinery and perform necessary repairs following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.

• Commissioning of VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, variable speed drives and controls.

• Cooling tower and heat exchanger repairs, assembly and maintenance

• Warranty support of a diverse range of systems & equipment with full training provided.

• Contribute to the teams performance and capability by providing quality workmanship to maintain and enhance the reliability of units.

• Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with both staff and customers.

• Provide technical support to the Sales Team when required.

• Work in a safe manner abiding by the company policy.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Current Australian drivers license

• Current Australian refrigeration license

• Restricted or full Australian electrical license

• Enthusiastic self-starter attitude

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Effective time management skills

• Attention to detail & technical problem solving ability

• Full working rights in Australia
