HR Truck Driver / Warehouse Operator (Casual)

Black Hawk Freight & 3PL is seeking a motivated and professional HR Truck Driver / Warehouse Operator to join our growing team. As a subsidiary of Phoenix Freight Management, we are backed by an established and respected transport and logistics group, providing stability, growth opportunities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

This role offers an average of 40 hours per week on a casual basis and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a varied role combining both driving and warehouse responsibilities. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to transition to a full-time position once performance, reliability, and suitability have been proven.

About the Role

• Approximately 70% truck driving and 30% warehouse duties

• Local deliveries and pickups throughout South East Queensland

• Loading and unloading freight

• Assisting with warehouse operations, stock management, and freight handling

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

• Representing our business professionally at all times

• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a high standard

Essential Requirements

• Current HR Driver License

• Current Forklift License

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to vehicle care, safety, and presentation

Highly Regarded

• Dangerous Goods (DG) License

• Previous transport, freight, or warehousing experience

• Knowledge of the Brisbane and South East Queensland road network
