JBS Australia is Australia's largest and most respected meat and food processing company. Our Dinmore facility is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Processing Team as Neck Boners.

About the Role

As a Neck Boner, you will play a key role in our beef processing operation, ensuring products are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Perform neck boning duties safely and efficiently

  • Maintain product quality and yield standards

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment

  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous boning room or meat processing experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to work in a physically demanding environment

  • A strong commitment to safety and quality

  • Reliability and a positive work ethic

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
