Business Manager- Finance & Insurance

About the Role:

As a Business Manager for Finance & Insurance , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for delivering personalised finance and insurance solutions to our customers. This full time role will give you the opportunity to drive the financial performance and growth of our dealership while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to understand their financial and insurance needs

• Prepare and present tailored finance and insurance proposals

• Negotiate finance and insurance contracts to secure favourable terms for both the customer and the dealership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance providers to secure the best possible deals

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

• Contribute to the overall sales performance and profitability of the dealership

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a finance/insurance or business management role within the automotive industry (minimum of 2 years)

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance products and relevant regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-notch customer service
