Coastal Marine & Outdoors – Innisfail QLD

Coastal Marine & Outdoors is a family-owned and operated marine and outdoor dealership based in Innisfail, Far North Queensland.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our close-knit team in a full-time permanent role. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, working across customer service, spare parts and workshop coordination.

If you have an interest in boating, fishing, hunting or the outdoors and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email

  • Processing sales and customer enquiries

  • Interpreting and sourcing spare parts

  • Coordinating workshop bookings and job scheduling

  • Liaising with technicians, suppliers and customers

  • Receiving, unpacking and organising stock

  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of our busy dealership

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities

Skills & Experience

The following would be highly regarded:

  • General knowledge of, or interest in, the marine and firearms industries

  • Spare parts experience

  • Experience in customer service, retail or administration

  • Experience coordinating workflow or bookings

Essential Requirements

  • Current driver's licence

  • Ability to safely lift and move stock

  • Firearms licence, or the ability to obtain one
