Truck Driver – Casual

This casual position is based in Bohle Plains Qld 4817 and involves local deliveries, some out-of-town work, and assisting in the yard when required.

What you'll be doing

• Operating a truck to complete local delivery work, with some out-of-town jobs as required

• Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance

• Loading and unloading goods safely, including securing loads appropriately

• Following all road traffic laws, regulations and company safety policies

• Communicating with the office, customers and team members as needed

• Maintaining delivery paperwork and records for each delivery

What we're looking for

• Unrestricted MR Licence - mandatory

• Unrestricted HR Licence - preferred

• CV / Vehicle Crane / HIAB Licence - highly desirable

• Forklift Licence - highly desirable

• Previous truck driving or transport experience preferred

• Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Strong work ethic and safety-focused attitude

• Good communication and customer service skills

• History of safe work practices

Pre-employment requirements
