Who We Are
We are a dynamic, growing switchboard manufacturing business specialising in high-quality low-voltage (LV) switchboards for commercial and industrial projects. We take pride in maintaining a rock-solid pipeline of long-term work and providing our team with a modern, exceptionally clean workshop environment.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Electrical fitter to join our busy production team. If you take pride in precision workmanship and want a stable role where you can build a variety of LV switchboards from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and wiring of custom solutions, including:

  • Precision Wiring: Panel wiring of LV Switchboard, MDBs, distribution boards, control wiring, and meter panels.

  • Technical Interpretation: Reading and accurately interpreting electrical schematics and GA drawings.

  • Quality Assembly: Hands-on assembly and fit-out of switchboards to a premium standard.

  • Compliance: Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards (AS3000 & AS61439).

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in switchboard assembly within a manufacturing or workshop environment.

  • Technical Know-How: Proven capability with control/meter panel wiring and both modular and welded switchboard construction.

  • Work Ethic: A reliable, punctual, and positive attitude with a genuine willingness to keep learning.

  • Team & Safety Focus: The ability to work seamlessly in a team of independently, with an uncompromised commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

  • An Electrical Trade Qualification is preferred but not essential if you have the right experience.

  • Experience with busbar fabrication, installation, and component mounting.

  • A strong attention to detail and existing familiarity with Australian Standards.
