what we're looking for:

We are looking for Foreman, plant operators or those seeking an apprenticeship opportunity to join our team, that are motivated and passionate about commercial and industrial plumbing or are looking for a change and ready to gain new skills and knowledge within this area. 

About the role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of plumbing works across a range of commercial and civil projects. This includes:

• Overseeing site teams and subcontractors

• Planning and coordinating daily works and materials

• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards

• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications

• Liaising with builders, clients, engineers and inspectors

• Completing site paperwork, site diaries and progress reports

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman (commercial and/or civil)

• Can follow company standard and withhold core values.

• Current plumbing trade qualification and relevant licenses

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and OH&S requirements

• Ability to read plans and manage multiple tasks under time pressure

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Current driver’s licence and own transport

• Hold a current QLD plumber's licence( if applying as a tradesman)

• White card.  

• Excavator and skid steer tickets advantageous but not essential.
