Electrical Site Supervisor

An opportunity is available for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a growing renewable energy business supporting utility-scale solar farm operations and maintenance across the Bundaberg region.

This role is suited to someone with strong leadership capability, hands-on electrical experience and a background within solar farm O&M, HV systems or industrial electrical maintenance.

You’ll play a key role overseeing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, managing maintenance activities and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of large renewable energy assets.

The Role

• Supervise daily operations across utility-scale solar farm assets
• Lead technicians, contractors and site activities
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance works
• Support inverter maintenance, fault finding and component replacement
• Assist with SCADA systems and site communications
• Ensure all works comply with WHS and site procedures
• Manage reporting, scheduling and maintenance documentation
• Liaise with Asset Managers, Control Rooms and Engineering teams

About You You will ideally have:

• Unrestricted Electrical Licence
• Previous Solar Farm O&M or utility-scale experience
• Site supervision or leadership experience
• HV Switching certification
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capability
• Experience with SCADA or communications systems
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
