About the Role

We are currently seeking applications from people interested in Full Time cleaning supervisor based at one of our high-profile contracts situated in the suburb of Sydney, New South Wales.


The Position:

  • Monday to Friday, 06:00am-02:06pm.

  • Oversee and train cleaning staff

  • Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks

  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards

  • Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition

  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

  • Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods


About You:

  • Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial (desired) but not essential

  • Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willing to obtain

  • Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job

  • Professional presentation and customer service

  • Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
