 Jefferson Automotive Group is one of Melbourne's largest dealership networks with over 13 locations across metropolitan Melbourne. We have an extensive automotive parts operation and we are looking to employ in our Customer Care Team at our Mitcham Location. All training will be provided on site.

 About The Role;

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.

• Assisting customers with parts enquiries and orders.

• Ordering and sourcing automotive parts and components.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Supporting sales activities and identifying opportunities to assist customers.

• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You;

• A mature “can do” attitude.

• Is ambitious, confident, self-motivated and willing to learn.

• Has good communication skills.

• Values reliability and has good time management.
