The Role

• Located in South Melbourne, VIC

• FT and Casual roles available

• Training provided

Key Duties

• Assembling/dismantling of staging equipment and set builds for events

• Assisting teams on-site

• Pick Packer/Process Work

• Follow stock handling procedures as directed and assist with regular inventory picking and packing as required

• Barcode Scanning

• Forklift

• Loading/unloading vehicles

• Equipment maintenance

• Maintaining all equipment to a high standard.

• Liaising with internal departments and customers.

• Operate to and within the companies WHS requirements

• Undertake quality checks on stage equipment

• Maintaining the warehouse

Key Skills

• Customer service – Demonstrate a relaxed and calm attitude under pressure. And going that extra mile to ensure the customer is happy

• Teamwork – Being a reliable, positive, and punctual team member.

• Leadership - Have the ability to guide teams under pressure to meet organsational objectives.

• Work autonomously – Be able to understand key objectives and tasks and execute them efficiently and with high attention to detail.

• Communication skills – Strong communication skills as demonstrated in teams and with customers

• Tools – Ideally, experience using an array of hand and power tools (training provided)

• Computer skills – Basic knowledge of Barcode scanners, Email and MS Word (training provided)

• Task management – Can coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner

• Current driver's license – Full drivers license, manual driving experience preferred.
