Peninsula Dealer Group is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an ambitious automotive professional ready to take the next step.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Sales Consultant who knows they are capable of more, or an established 2IC looking for a genuine pathway into dealership management.

With six leading automotive brands and more than 400-500 vehicle deliveries each month, Peninsula Dealer Group is one of the Mornington Peninsula's largest and fastest-growing automotive groups. About the Role

Working closely with Sales Managers and senior leadership, you will help drive department performance while continuing to develop your own leadership capability.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front, support and mentor sales consultants, assist with deal structuring and negotiations, and help maintain the standards and culture that drive results.

You'll be expected to:

• Lead by example and set the standard for customer experience

• Assist with deal negotiations and closing opportunities

• Support and develop members of the sales team

• Drive enquiry management and follow-up standards

• Work closely with finance and leadership teams to maximise results

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the department

About You

You may currently be:

• A top-performing Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership

• A current 2IC looking for a clearer pathway into management

• An experienced automotive professional seeking a fresh challenge
