About the role
We are seeking a Trade Counter person to join our Lansvale team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with various store operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Restocking and replenishing product shelves as needed

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness

• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Providing product information and recommendations to customers

• Participating in inventory management and stock counts

• Supporting the store manager with various administrative tasks

• Delivering goods B2B if necessary

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A valid NSW drivers licence.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Fit and capable of handling heavy products

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.

• A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
