Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concreter/Form Worker to join our growing team. Working across a range of civil infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for formwork construction, concrete placement and finishing, kerb and gutter works, footpaths, and other civil concrete activities.

The successful candidate will have experience in both formwork and concrete construction, with the ability to interpret basic construction drawings, work independently, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role is suited to a reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in their workmanship and can contribute positively to a productive team environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Current White Card

  • Current C Class Driver's Licence

  • Proven experience in concrete construction, placement, finishing, or maintenance works

  • Previous formwork experience in civil construction

  • Experience setting out, constructing, and dismantling formwork for concrete works

  • Experience using trowels and concrete finishing tools

  • Experience with kerb and gutter construction

  • Experience with footpath construction and maintenance

  • Competent in the use of hand and power tools

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised

  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead and direct others when required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-focused

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
