About the role
Help maintain our fleet of buses. Our Lead Cleaners are essential in ensuring out fleet of buses are looking for their best.

Role Responsibilities:
Supervise and co-ordinate the performance of bus cleaning, ensuring the efficient completion of tasks.
Co-operate, develop, and maintain communications with Yard Supervisors, Depot Management and Bus Cleaning staff concerning presentation standards, availability of buses, the progress of work and other related activities.
Carry out routine cleaning of buses, bus exteriors, depot yard, depot facilities and amenities when required. Assist with Spring Cleaning.
Periodically inspect the standard of work and monitor staff performance, addressing any issues and preparing reports on matters that affect performance as required.
Role Requirements:
A current and valid driver’s license
Experience leading a team
Computer and data entry skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform general laboring work of a physical and manual nature
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check
Able to work independently
