About the role

Help maintain our fleet of buses. Our Lead Cleaners are essential in ensuring out fleet of buses are looking for their best.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the performance of bus cleaning, ensuring the efficient completion of tasks.

• Co-operate, develop, and maintain communications with Yard Supervisors, Depot Management and Bus Cleaning staff concerning presentation standards, availability of buses, the progress of work and other related activities.

• Carry out routine cleaning of buses, bus exteriors, depot yard, depot facilities and amenities when required. Assist with Spring Cleaning.

• Periodically inspect the standard of work and monitor staff performance, addressing any issues and preparing reports on matters that affect performance as required.

Role Requirements: 

• A current and valid driver’s license

• Experience leading a team

• Computer and data entry skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills   

• Ability to perform general laboring work of a physical and manual nature

• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check

• Able to work independently
