SECURITY GUARDS SUPERVISORS DOOR STAFF

Due to exciting growth within our VIC operations, Prime Protection is seeking dedicated Security Guards, Door Staff, and Supervisors to join our team.

These roles are primarily based within hospitality venues and are ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a safe, welcoming guest experience.

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, ongoing professional development opportunities, and internal leadership programs to support career progression within the company.

We offer full-time and ongoing work across a variety of locations throughout Victoria, including Melbourne, Richmond, St Kilda, Geelong, and Apollo Bay.

Required Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience within the security industry

• Current VIC Security license

• Current RSA card

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong time management skills

• Microsoft experience, computer skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Flexibility with working weekends when required

• Exceptional leadership skills and drive

• Team player 

• Excellent problem solving
