Part-time Laser & Dermal Therapist

Pink Laser Clinics is a results-driven aesthetic clinic located in Doncaster, specialising in advanced laser treatments, skin correction, laser hair removal, pigmentation, anti-ageing, body treatments and intimate brightening.

We are seeking a confident and professional Laser & Dermal Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is suited to someone who is passionate about skin, laser and client results, while also understanding that consultation, treatment planning, rebooking, client education and treatment recommendations are a key part of the role.

You will work closely with our clinical and reception team to deliver high-quality treatments, support smooth clinic flow, and provide a polished, professional client experience.

About the Role

This is a part-time role, approximately 20–27 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be involved in performing laser and skin treatments, supporting client consultations, maintaining strong clinical standards, and helping clients stay consistent with their treatment plans.

We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, build trust with clients, recommend appropriate treatment pathways, and contribute to clinic growth through excellent client care and rebooking.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing laser hair removal treatments safely and professionally

• Performing dermal and skin treatments within your scope of training and experience

• Conducting client consultations and supporting treatment planning

• Educating clients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare and skincare

• Recommending appropriate treatment packages and product support

• Rebooking clients and supporting ongoing treatment consistency

• Maintaining accurate client records, treatment notes and consent processes

• Supporting room turnover, hygiene, safety and clinical standards

• Working with the reception team to support smooth daily clinic flow

• Providing exceptional client care in a professional and discreet environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in laser, dermal therapy, beauty therapy or advanced skin treatments

• Strong interest in skin correction, laser treatments and client results

• Confident communication and consultation skills

• Comfortable recommending treatments, packages and skincare in a professional way

• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to an ongoing roster

• Well-presented, warm, professional and emotionally intelligent

• Able to work within a close-knit clinical team

• Strong attention to detail, hygiene and client safety

• Calm and organised in a fast-paced clinic environment

Experience with laser hair removal, skin treatments, pigmentation, peels, skin needling, facials or advanced device-based treatments will be highly regarded.
