At Savvy Sign Co., we don't do ordinary. We're a boutique Sydney signage studio with over 18 years of experience crafting work that turns heads — from hand-gilded gold leaf glass to precision vehicle wraps, 3D channel letters, and architectural installs. Every job that leaves our workshop carries our name, and we take that seriously.

We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Wrapper & Signage All-Rounder to join the team. Someone who takes real pride in a flawless finish, works with precision, and brings the kind of quiet confidence that comes from actually knowing their craft.

The Role

This isn't a training role. We need someone who can hit the ground running — working independently, managing jobs end-to-end, and consistently delivering the quality our clients expect. You'll be hands-on across a wide range of work, with vehicle wrapping at the core.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Wrapping cars, vans, trucks, and fleets — full wraps, partial graphics, and cut vinyl — with clean installs and professional finishes

• Contributing to signage production and installation across digital prints, vinyl graphics, 3D signs, and architectural applications

• Working through production and installation jobs from start to finish, with an eye on quality at every stage

What you bring

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience in vehicle wrapping and general signage

• Confident with vinyl application, digital print, and standard production equipment (plotters, printers, laminators)

• Able to work independently and take ownership of your work

• Sharp attention to detail — you'll notice things others walk past

• A valid driver's licence

• Bonus points for traditional hand-craft skills, brush lettering, or gold leaf — we love that stuff
