Senior Beautician

We are looking for a confident and experienced, Senior Beautician to join our professional team. 

We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of skin health and advanced beauty treatments, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Must be able to independently perform professional skin consultations, recommend customised treatment plans and skincare products, deliver high-quality treatments with confidence and expertise, and assist with reception and daily clinic operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to identify client concerns and treatment goals

• Recommend personalised treatment plans and homecare products based on client needs

• Perform advanced skin and beauty treatments to a high professional standard

• Educate clients on skin health, aftercare, treatment expectations, and product usage

• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing care

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consultation history

• Assist with front desk and reception duties including answering calls, managing bookings, responding to enquiries, processing payments, and handling client check-ins/check-outs

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and clinic areas

• Support daily clinic operations and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth workflow

• Stay up to date with industry trends, treatments, and skincare knowledge

• Meet clinic standards for professionalism, client satisfaction, and treatment excellence

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a skin clinic or advanced beauty environment

• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skincare products, and treatment protocols

• Confident in conducting professional consultations and recommending suitable treatments

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask between treatment and reception responsibilities

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant beauty or dermal therapy qualifications preferred
