Davki Security Services and EiMalo Concierge & Workplace Services have just won the contract at Midtown Centre — one of Brisbane's premier commercial towers, home to some of the biggest names in business. We're building the founding team that will set the standard for this building for years to come. Most of the seats are filled. Two remain.

You've worked in hotels or premium hospitality and want your professionalism to come with a security licence and a serious career path.

You're the first impression for thousands of professionals and their guests. One moment you're greeting an executive by name and coordinating a VIP arrival; the next you're managing contractor access, running a patrol, or calmly taking control of an incident while everyone else is still working out what's happening. Day team owns the energy of the building. Night team owns its security. Both are trusted, visible and backed properly.

The Role

Full-time, permanent hours at a single premium CBD site. No chasing shifts across five sites. Afternoon and evening positions left available.
GL4 rate plus shift penalties — paid accordingly for a professional standard.
Founding team status on a brand-new contract — be first in line as the portfolio grows.
Tailored corporate uniforms (no hi-vis polyester), structured training, and on-site leadership that actually leads.

What you'll need

Current QLD Security Provider Licence (Unarmed Guard)
First Aid & CPR (current, or willing to obtain before commencement)
Immaculate presentation, sharp communication, and genuine warmth — we can train procedures; we can't train presence
Full availability for a rotating full-time roster (tell us: day or night)
Full Australian work rights and clean background checks
Corporate, hotel, aviation or premium-site experience highly regarded
