In the interest of maintaining our industry leading build times, construction quality and customer service, we are searching for a candidate that understands the importance of these goals and wants to join a team to assist us as a part of the construction liaison team.
About the role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the management of customer communication and construction administration throughout the building process. You will provide regular communication to clientele with regards to the progress of construction and work closely with the building manager, site managers, suppliers and contractors to ensure jobs are running on time and being built to the client's satisfaction.
About you
You are proactive, clear in your communication, and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for both customers and the business.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a customer service and/or administrative role, ideally within the building or construction sector.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
A proactive and energetic attitude toward problem solving
A customer‑centric approach, with the ability to remain professional and handle confidential information appropriately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
