Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Joiner to join our manufacturing team in Artarmon.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker, joiner or manufacturing professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and can provide leadership and support within our factory team.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in assembling custom products, solving manufacturing challenges, mentoring team members and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Interpret and work from production drawings and specifications.
· Assemble and finish custom architectural and acoustic products.
· Perform quality inspections and ensure workmanship standards are maintained.
· Assist with workflow planning and daily production priorities.
· Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues.
· Support and mentor junior team members.
· Promote safe work practices and a positive team culture.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
About You
· Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or related field.
· Minimum 5 years manufacturing, assembly or joinery experience.
· Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
· Experience using factory machinery and hand tools.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Forklift Licence (advantageous).
· Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
