The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Lawn & Garden Technician to join our team.

You will work in small crews (pairs or independently when required), completing scheduled daily runs across a variety of residential and commercial sites.

Hours may vary seasonally depending on weather conditions and workload.

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will:

• Have a genuine interest in the lawn and garden industry (experience is an advantage but not essential)

• Be willing to learn and take direction

• Be able to work independently when required

• Hold a current WA C-Class driver’s license

• Obtain a current police clearance

• Be honest, reliable, well-presented, and respectful

• Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Be flexible during busy seasonal periods

• Bring a positive, energetic, “can-do” attitude
