Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work through 2026–2027, Foundation Homes QLD is seeking experienced Carpenters to join our dedicated team on the Sunshine Coast.

The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of architectural residential builds, from groundworks through to detailed high-end finishes. Our team are hands-on throughout all stages of construction to ensure the highest quality outcomes. A willingness to learn new skills and be involved in a wide range of construction processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• General carpentry duties across all stages of residential construction

• Concreting, formwork, framing and high-end finishing (experience an advantage)

• Working as part of a skilled, collaborative team to deliver exceptional results

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years full-time carpentry experience

• Completed apprenticeship and trade certificate required

• QBCC licence preferred (not essential)

• Hold a valid White Card (required prior to commencement)

• Australian citizenship required

• Strong work ethic, reliable and team-oriented

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Broad carpentry skill set (high-end finishes an advantage)

• Own reliable vehicle, driver’s licence and full set of tools

• Non-smoker
