About the role

WA iBuild Property Services is on the lookout for a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler to join our growing team in Perth. You'll be working across a variety of residential projects, bringing craftsmanship and pride to every job — from full bathrooms and kitchens through to feature walls and outdoor areas, including maintenance repairs.

What you'll be doing

Preparing surfaces and laying tiles on walls, floors, and other areas to the client's specifications

Demonstrated experience in waterproofing applications sufficient to meet AS 3740 compliance standards.

Cutting, shaping, and fitting tiles around fixtures, including mitring external corners if applicable

Mixing and applying adhesives, grouts, and sealants to a professional finish

Collaborating with other trades on-site to keep projects moving smoothly

Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with site safety requirements

Communicating progress and flagging any issues with the project manager as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler

Solid understanding of tiling techniques, materials, and Australian industry standards

Sharp eye for detail and ability to work accurately to measurements

Good physical fitness — this role involves being on your feet and on your knees

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Completed apprenticeship or formal tiling qualification (highly regarded)

Valid work visa or legal work rights to work in Australia

All valid Australian work visas are acceptable for this position.
