Clever Nine Pty Ltd is a family-owned and operated Korean construction company with skilled tradespeople.

We specialise in CUSTOM residential building projects, working alongside skilled professionals in trades such as concrete work, carpentry, Joinery, bricklaying, plastering, rendering, painting, roofing and landscaping.

The Role

As the company has expanded into the North Shore and Eastern Sydney, we are looking for someone to join our team.

Hands-on with general Carpentry, Joinery, Concreting and Building Works, physically under the builder's supervision.
Assisting qualified carpenters, joiners, concreters and builders on the site.
Site preparation and management prior to subcontractors' work.
Training the candidate in building methodology, including reading drawings, construction schedules, and building techniques, etc.
