Do you love creating florals that make people stop and say wow?

We’re looking for a talented Florist to join a growing, values-led floral business creating thoughtful, premium arrangements that bring joy to people’s everyday moments and life’s biggest occasions.

This is a hands-on floristry role for someone who genuinely loves flowers, takes pride in beautiful presentation, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

Part-time or full-time options are available for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and creating beautiful, premium floral arrangements

• Preparing and conditioning flowers to a high standard

• Managing daily floral production and workflow

• Maintaining exceptional quality and presentation standards

• Delivering thoughtful customer experiences through your craft

• Contributing ideas, creativity, and inspiration to seasonal ranges and new concepts

• Helping maintain an organised, calm, and efficient studio environment

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have previous floristry experience

• Have strong bouquet and arrangement design capability

• Work efficiently without compromising quality

• Bring positive energy and enjoy being part of a close-knit team

• Take pride in detail and presentation
