At Easy Wash, we believe a clean car can make someone's day a little brighter. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Car Wash Attendant to help deliver a great experience for every customer who visits our facility.

About the Role

As a Car Wash Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our facility is clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. You'll assist customers with our self-service and automatic wash bays, help troubleshoot basic issues, and keep the site looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide guidance on using wash equipment, payment systems, and site facilities.

• Promote and assist customers with signing up for Highett Easy Wash membership programs.

• Monitor equipment and report faults or maintenance issues.

• Refill detergents, cleaning products, and other supplies as required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site, including wash bays, vacuum stations, and customer areas.

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or basic mechanical skills preferred but not essential. Experience using tools, performing minor repairs, or troubleshooting equipment will be highly regarded.

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to get your hands dirty.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible hours available, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to water, cleaning products, and operational equipment.
