Image Sign Group is a well-established and highly respected Adelaide-based signage company delivering premium signage solutions across commercial, corporate, retail, government and construction sectors throughout Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sign Maker who is looking for more than just another workshop role. This position offers the opportunity to develop into a team leadership role, helping to guide and support our production team while remaining actively involved in the manufacturing process.

About the Role

Working within our modern manufacturing facility, you will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of a wide variety of signage projects while contributing to team coordination and workshop efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fabrication and assembly of a wide range of signage

• Reading and interpreting production drawings

• Vinyl application and sign finishing

• LED illuminated signage assembly

• Quality control and final inspections

• Supporting workshop workflow and project delivery

• Assisting and mentoring team members

• Maintaining a safe, organised and productive work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the signage industry

• Strong fabrication and sign-making skills

• Experience with illuminated signage

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive, team-focused attitude

• The ability to lead by example and support others

• Current driver's licence

Desirable Skills

• Welding and metal fabrication experience

• CNC router and digital printing experience

• Forklift licence

• Sign installation experience

• Previous experience leading small teams or coordinating projects
