Full time
We are looking for first second and third year apprentice landscapers, as well as qualifieds, leading hands and site supervisors.
We are a young, dynamic landscape construction company that are looking to add new members to our teams in order to keep up with the demand for our services.
We work on a mix of residential and commercial projects all over Melbourne, with a focus on team camaraderie, having a laugh and building some wicked landscapes at the same time.
Apprentices - we're looking for more than just barrow pushers and broom handlers. We believe in training up the next generation of site supervisors and construction managers within our company. You're not there as cheap labour! We will train you in all aspects of landscape construction (there is still some barrow pushing and shoveling, but even the directors get involved when it's time to do so)!
Qualifieds - if you're qualified (or minimum 5 years experience in the trade), competent in most aspects of landscape construction and looking to take the next step in your career to leading hand or site supervisor, give us a yell.
We're looking for people that are confident in their craft (but also are adaptive to learn new things), that understand the importance of meeting targets, driving others to thrive and continuing to learn.
With a supportive workplace environment where the directors are on site every day working alongside you and supporting you to get the most out of yourself and the team, this company acknowledges it's only as good as the people it employs which is why we support you to get the best out of yourself.
So if you're looking to change up your work place, and start enjoying your day to day, give us a shout as we are looking to fill roles with immediate starts available.
