New Vehicle Sales Consultant - Mercedes-Benz

Silver Star Motors, one of Melbourne’s largest Authorised Mercedes-Benz Agents, is looking for a dynamic and proven sales consultant. You are experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take the driver’s seat. 

The perfect candidate will be ready to take our new vehicle operations to increased heights and provide the ultimate customer experience. As well as embracing Mercedes-Benz’ pricing certainty model to deliver outstanding benefits to our customers. We remain part of the Eagers Automotive network, Australia’s largest Automotive Retailer, with dealerships in every state and territory.  

As part of our Retail Sales Team, you will show our guests an incredible experience. Our customers are the most important people in our showrooms, and you will ensure that their every need is met. You will be well-versed in delivering Silver Star Service and present yourself with poise and grace. You will be a passionate ambassador for our brand and the extensive history it represents. 

 Our future star will be able to demonstrate:

• Great work ethic and attitude

• Minimum three years automotive sales experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Commitment - sustained high energy and resilience

• Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities

• Disciplined follow-up on all leads, adhering to agreed sales processes without deviation

• Proven ability to maintain and enhance existing customer relationships

• Impeccable personal presentation

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and electronic)

• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail (role demands timely & accurate paperwork)

• Computer competency (Microsoft Office, incl. Word, Excel etc.)

• Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded

• Complete Sales Transaction System process adherence

• Delivering a tailored, personalised presentation that is devoid of any price-negotiation 

• Ensuring immaculate presentation of our vehicles and showrooms 

• Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that your KPI’s are met
