Smallgoods Maker (Part-Time) – Mosman

Hudson Meats is a premium butcher and deli with stores in Cammeray and Mosman, renowned for quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional smallgoods.

We are currently seeking an experienced Smallgoods Maker to join our team at our Mosman location.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of gourmet sausages to strict recipe specifications

• Operating sausage filling, grinding, mixing, and mincing equipment

• Linking and finishing sausages to a high standard

• Managing sausage stock inventory across both store locations

• Assisting with the development of new gourmet sausage recipes

• Estimating production costs for sausage lines

• Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in smallgoods or sausage production

• Specific sausage making experience is required for this position

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a production environment

• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

• Passion for premium products and craftsmanship

• Permanent resident status is required for this position

• Any valid work visa is acceptable for this position

• Part-time position

• Daytime hours

• Working hours are 7am-3pm

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
