We need a gun plumber to help handle the demand. This is an ongoing domestic plumbing role, with a genuine pathway into a higher-earning sales position if that's where you want to go. No pressure either way — but the path and the earning potential are real.

What you could earn

All plumbers start at $45/hr. Your rate is reviewed as you get the hang of things, start rolling independently, and prove yourself. Here's what the full package could look like at $50/hr:

● Base wage only: $50/hr | $2,000/week | $104,000/year

● + Super (11.5%) + LeavePlus (2.7%): ~$57/hr | ~$2,284/week | ~$118,768/year

● + Review incentives (~8/mth @ $30): ~$58/hr | ~$2,339/week | ~$121,648/year

● + Commission — qualifying ($40K/mth): ~$63/hr+ | ~$2,524+/week | ~$131,248+/year

● + Commission — growing ($60K/mth): ~$72/hr+ | ~$2,893+/week | ~$150,448+/year

● + Commission — top performer ($80K/mth): ~$86/hr+ | ~$3,447+/week | ~$179,248+/year

That means our top Plumbers are, and can earn $86/hr+ | ~$3,447+/week | ~$179,248+/year. Thats not to bad if you ask us!

Additional allowances also apply: Mobile phone — we run a fully digital operation from booking to invoice and taking payment, operating a digger or excavator. Commission is available to sales plumbers and is uncapped.

What we offer

• $30 every time a customer leaves a 5-star Google review on your job. $50 if it's with a photo

• Our dispatcher is a qualified plumber — he knows what your day looks like and is there to support you to deliver the best result for the client

• Mentorship and support from our team of expert plumbers

• Clear pathway into a sales role with uncapped commission

Your day-to-day

• Service and maintenance plumbing across Melbourne, focusing on the inner east

• Diagnose issues and provide clear, fixed-price solutions

• Complete works across gas, blocked drains, sewer and stormwater renewals, leaks, hot water, and general plumbing

• Use our job management system for quoting, invoicing, and payment collection

• Deliver a high standard of customer service on every job

What we're looking for

• VBA registered plumber — non-negotiable

• Minimum 5 years' domestic plumbing experience and a beast of a plumber

• Current Victorian driver's licence

• Valid Australian work authorisation required

• Able to obtain a Working With Children Check (required for some of our regular work)

• Confident working independently and customer-facing

• Confident in quoting and client communication, or keen to develop these skills

• Strong across gas, drainage, and hot water

• Jetter and CCTV experience a bonus

• Digger/excavator experience a bonus
