Traffic Controller

Are you looking for a role outdoors with great penalty rates and job security?
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Traffic Controllers to join our team for projects across Adelaide, including the Northern Expressway, Southern Suburbs, and CBD worksites.

The Role:

As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for the safe setup and management of traffic flow on worksites. You will work alongside our experienced Team Leaders to ensure the safety of both road users and construction crews.

• Direct traffic using a Stop/Slow bat (when qualified)

• Set up and pack down signage, cones, and barriers

• Monitor traffic conditions and report hazards

• Work across day, night, and weekend shifts (penalty rates apply)

What You Need (Essential):

• Current White Card (Construction Induction)

• TC1 (Traffic Controller) – or willingness to obtain immediately

• TC2 (Stop/Slow Bat) – Highly regarded but not essential

• Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle (must get to site)

• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test

• Physically fit (ability to carry signage and stand for long periods)
