We specialized in Japanese Bread/ French Viennoiserie

Using locally Sourced Ingredients and Sustainable , we crafte authentic Japanese Bread to sourdough and Pastries that celebrate the art of real Baking .

We've grown into the multiple locations and still growing.

we are looking for experienced Bakers for our Three Locations( Parramatta/ Cabramatta/World Square) to join Our team. (Sponsorship is available)

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years professional baking experience.

This is a full time roll on rotating 7-Day Roster ( 5 days on, 2 days off) with full availability required, including weekends.

The position involves varied shifts as part of the rotating roster system.

As a Baker/ Pastry Chef, You will be someone who can work on your own but also love being part of a team working in a fast-paced environment with the production team.

You must have a passion for baking and attention to the details, want to continue to learn from the experts.
