We are currently seeking experienced, highly motivated Plumbers to join our team on long-term projects throughout the Pilbara region. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking to secure rewarding work with a company that values safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.

Our current projects includes works with Rio Tinto, FMG and Water Corporation, providing ongoing opportunities across the resources and infrastructure sectors.

Role Overview

As a Plumber with Impact Plumbing, you will play a critical role in delivering projects to the highest standards. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals in a FIFO arrangement, ensuring operational excellence across all plumbing, drainage, and construction activities.

  • Location: Pilbara Region, Western Australia (FI/FO from Perth, WA)

  • Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off

  • Hours: 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week

  • Remuneration: $65 per hour + performance bonus + superannuation

  • Accommodation & Meals: Provided

  • Contract Type: Long-term opportunities available for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute plumbing and drainage work in strict accordance with Australian Standards and project specifications

  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining attention to detail

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades, and project teams.

  • Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental and site requirements

  • Complete and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation

  • Contribute to a positive safety culture and professional work environment

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Current WA Plumbing Licence

  • Construction White Card

  • Poly Welding Ticket

  • RIO Essentials, RIO Lock Holder, RIO Personal Isolation Tickets

  • Current Australian Driver Licence

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Plumbing & Drainage Standards

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in plumbing within construction or mining projects

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and professionalism

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Australian citizenship

Highly Desirable Skills & Licences

  • Machine Operator Tickets (Excavator RIIMPO320D, Skid Steer RIIMPO318D, Loader RIIMPO321F)

  • Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR)

  • High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)

  • Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

  • Work Safely at Heights & Confined Space Certification

  • PVC Pipe Laying (WA)

  • Gas Fitting Ticket

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to:

  • Complete a comprehensive pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening

  • Provide a current National Police Clearance

  • Complete company and site inductions

  • Supply copies of all relevant licences, tickets, and certifications

  • Provide professional references confirming experience and work history
