Are you an experienced hairdresser looking for a supportive salon, flexible hours and a fantastic clientele?

MAPEL & CO is looking for a passionate and professional Senior Stylist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Located in the heart of Malvern East, MAPEL & CO is a modern, light-filled and welcoming salon where we focus on beautiful, wearable hair and delivering exceptional client experiences.

We are proud to have built a loyal clientele and a supportive team culture where both our clients and team members feel valued. As a Wella Professionals salon, we are committed to ongoing education and helping our team continue to grow both personally and professionally.

What We Offer

• Flexible part-time hours (2-4 days per week)

• Above-award wages plus superannuation

• Two consecutive days off (Sunday & Monday)

About You

You are a qualified hairdresser who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years salon experience

• Is confident in colouring, foiling, cutting and styling

• Loves building long-term client relationships

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Takes pride in their work and attention to detail

• Enjoys working in a positive team environment

• Has a strong work ethic and professional attitude

• Is passionate about delivering exceptional results and experiences for every client

Experience with Wella products is advantageous but not essential.
