About the Role
We are a growing custom joinery business based in Smeaton Grange. We supply and install built-in wardrobes for large high-rise residential projects across Sydney. Each project typically runs for 7–12 months, giving consistent work on the same site. We are looking for a skilled and trustworthy installer who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install built-in wardrobes to a high standard on large high-rise projects across Sydney

  • Work independently and professionally on active construction sites with minimal supervision

  • Must hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) before commencing work

  • Carry out measuring, assembly, installation, and finishing to a high standard

  • Maintain quality, safety, and professional conduct while on client sites

  • Report clearly on progress and any site issues

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced built-in wardrobe or cabinet installer (high-rise or multi-residential experience highly regarded)

  • Minimum 3-4 years of built-in wardrobe or cabinet installation experience required

  • Able to work unsupervised on sites — trust and reliability are our top priority

  • Must have your own quality tools

  • Physically fit and capable of site work

  • Own reliable transport essential

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship

  • Safety conscious and professional when representing the company

  • Looking for long-term, consistent work

  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
