RZ Projects delivers commercial signage projects across Australia, from design through to install and national brand rollouts.

We’re looking for an experienced signage installer/fabricator or a skilled tradesperson with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and proven reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements

• Assessing install conditions and access requirements

• Fabricating & assembling signage (ACM panels, acrylic, lightboxes, frames)

• Vinyl application (cut vinyl, printed graphics, laminating)

• Installing shopfront signage, wall graphics and building signage

• Installing vehicle graphics

• Completing clean installs and quality checks

• Occasional work outside standard trade hours

• Occasional regional and interstate travel

Some days in the workshop, some days on-site, plenty of variety.

Who This Suits

• 3+ years of signage industry experience (CNC operating experience is a bonus)

• Or a strong background in construction, shopfitting, cabinetry, carpentry, fabrication, or a related trade

• Confident leading jobs and providing guidance to team members

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Driver’s licence essential

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• EWP licence or willingness to obtain one (we’ll cover the cost)

• Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with

• Positive attitude and willingness to help develop others

We’re building a long-term team, not just filling a spot.

What You’ll Get

• $35–$50/hr + super (based on experience)

• 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off)

• Overtime paid where applicable
