About the role

As the New Car Sales Manager – BYD, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving the success of this innovative and rapidly growing brand from our West Ryde location.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead, coach, and develop the new car sales team to achieve and exceed targets

2. Recruit, train, and performance-manage team members

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales journey

5. Collaborate with finance, aftersales, and other departments to drive overall business success
