Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Dermal Therapist, Beauty Therapist or Skin & Laser Therapist to join our team.

About The Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves skin, client care, education and results.

You will be responsible for:

• Performing skin, beauty and advanced dermal treatments

• Conducting skin consultations and treatment planning

• Recommending skincare and homecare routines

• Rebooking clients and supporting their skin journey

• Assisting with social media content and clinic marketing

• Maintaining treatment rooms and clinic presentation

• Supporting daily clinic operations, stock, cleaning and laundry

• Helping create a luxury client experience from start to finish

Treatments May Include

• Skin consultations

• Skin analysis

• Facials

• Chemical peels

• Microneedling

• RF Microneedling

• IPL and laser treatments

• NIR skin tightening

• LED therapy

• AquaPure treatments

• Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments

Training can be provided for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, professional and well presented

• Passionate about skin and aesthetics

• Confident with clients

• Motivated, reliable and willing to learn

• Proud of their work

• Interested in growing within the business

• Able to work weekdays, late nights and rotating Saturdays

Essential Requirements

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or similar

• Experience in beauty, skin, dermal therapy, laser or aesthetics preferred

• Strong knowledge of skin, skincare and client care

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

Highly Regarded But Not Essential

• QLD Laser Licence

• QLD Skin Penetration Certification

• Experience with advanced skin treatments

• Experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics environment

• Retail or treatment plan sales experience
