Diesel Technician

We are a leading supplier of new and used construction, earthmoving, and agriculture equipment being the authorised dealers for Kobelco Excavators, New Holland Construction & Agriculture, ASV Positrack Loaders and Merlo Telehandlers.

Our Dandenong South branch is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanic.  This role offers technical diversity with repairs, breakdowns, servicing and warranty claims.

Position Details:  

• Full time, permanent position

• Overtime available

• Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis

• Major and minor services

• Maintenance and component replacements

• Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field

Skills and Experience

To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

• Have a AQF III in Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment or similar

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs

• Strong awareness and adherence to OH&S standards and maintaining a safe workplace

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently as required

• Will consider light vehicle mechanics looking to upskill
