With strong growth and new contracts secured, we are expanding our NSW team and seeking experienced Team Leaders and TMA Drivers to support ongoing works across the Eastern Suburbs, primarily on high-speed roads and asphalt projects.

The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Traffic Control Team Leaders and TMA Drivers (2+ years) to lead crews on major night works, with a strong focus on asphalting and high-speed road environments.
This role requires someone confident managing crews, coordinating traffic staging, and working closely with site supervisors and asphalt teams in fast-paced conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise traffic control crews onsite
Coordinate traffic staging for asphalt and high-speed road works
Implement, monitor, and adjust Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS's)
Liaise with clients, supervisors, and asphalt crews
Complete daily reporting and safety documentation
Conduct pre-starts and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements
Load/unload vehicles and manage traffic control equipment
Mentor and develop junior traffic controllers
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Traffic Control Team Leader / TMA Driver
Proven experience working with asphalt crews and night works
Experience on high-speed / arterial roads
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage crews and adapt to dynamic site conditions
Safety-first mindset and professional approach
Requirements
Traffic Control Training – TCR & IMP (PWZ highly desirable)
Construction White Card
Current driver’s license (Heavy Vehicle license desirable) and reliable transport
Experience towing trailers
Ability to provide and use PPE and 2-way radio
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime
