​The Vibe:

Our client is looking for a hands-on Signage legend who takes pride in every millimetre. If you’re a master of the squeegee, a wizard with a blade, and you know your substrates inside out, this is the role for you, where your skills are celebrated and there’s always something new to conquer.  The position is full-time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. 

​What you’ll be doing:

• ​Production: Operating wide-format printers and plotters with zero room for error, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard

• ​Vinyl Work: Expert weeding, masking, and application to vehicles and various substrates - every project is your canvas.

• ​ACM Installs: Confident on-site installation of ACM panels and flat-panel signage. (Note: No 3D letter installs here, but you should be comfortable working at heights for standard fascia work).

• ​CorelDRAW Mastery: You’ll be setting up your own cut paths, bleeds, and layouts. Proficiency here is a must and your creative flair will be genuinely valued.

​What we need:

• ​Sign Shop Experience: You know the difference between cast and monomeric vinyl and when to use which and you’re always up for learning something new.

• ​Problem Solver: You can look at a vehicle or a shopfront and instantly see the best approach for a flawless, head-turning install.

• ​Detail Obsessed: You hate bubbles, wrinkles, and crooked panels more than we do your standards are sky high, and it shows in your work.

• Team Player: You enjoy sharing your expertise, collaborating on tricky installs, and contributing to a friendly, supportive crew culture.

• Passion for Excellence: You take pride in every project, big or small, and are keen to keep pushing the boundaries of what great signage can be.

Our client is also open to considering an Apprenticeship position for someone looking to get into the signage business.
