Storeperson / Dispatch Coordinator – Crestmead QLD

Our client is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of automotive products and is currently seeking an experienced Storepersons to join their busy warehouse team based in Crestmead.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:30am – 4:36pm

• $36.75 per hour plus applicable overtime penalties

About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing outbound freight movements while ensuring all dispatch processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with transport providers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process shipping and freight documentation

• Data entry and maintenance of accurate records

• Liaise effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders

• Arrange freight collections and coordinate dispatch activities

• Conduct stocktakes and inventory checks

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

• Complete general administrative and warehouse duties as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Current Driver's Licence

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment performing similar duties

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Reliable work ethic with the ability to meet daily operational targets

• Ability to perform manual handling duties and lift up to 20kg

• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
